Hilda and Jorge left everything they knew in Mexico to build a better life in Salt Lake City. They came with nothing but grit, faith, and a belief in the American dream. That dream became ProMaids.
What began as two hardworking parents cleaning homes has grown into a true family business. Their sons, Andres and Jorge Jr., and their daughter, Elizabeth, all grew up watching their parents give everything to every job.
Now they work side by side, carrying on what their parents built. Since 2018, that’s exactly what we’ve done. We’re not a big corporate company running things from behind a desk.
Hilda and Jorge are still out in the field every single day. So are Andres, Jorge Jr., and Elizabeth.
We show up, we clean, and we make sure every client is truly happy with the results. This isn’t just a job for our family. It’s personal.

Can I reschedule a cleaning?
Yes. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations or changes may be subject to a fee under our Terms of Service.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
We generally provide the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for your service. If you have preferred products or special cleaning requests, simply let us know when booking.
